Energetic Drink for Breakfast
Egg Coffee is an
energetic drink mainly being prepared with egg yolks, milk and sugar. Since egg
has 13 different essential vitamins and minerals and high protein, having egg
coffee as your breakfast helps to boost up your health.
How
to prepare “Egg Coffee”
Ingredients
01 - Cup of milk
coffee
02 - One egg
03 - Vanilla essence
Steps
01 - Making cup of
coffee – Add ½ tea spoon of coffee, 03 tea spoon of milk, 03 tea spoon of sugar
with hot water in to a tea cup and beat them well. Then leave it for 15 minutes
to settle.
02 - Then add the
white yolk of the egg in to a bowl and beat well. After that add the yellow
yolk to the same bowl and whisk them all.
03 - Finally pour the
prepared milk coffee to the well beaten egg yolks at the second step and add
2-3 drops of vanilla. Stir them all.
04 - Now you can have
your energetic breakfast with a spoon.
