01 - Take ½ cup of pearl barley and wash it with cold water until the water gets clearer.

02 - Then put washed barley in to a pan and add about 02 cups of water. Then leave it to be soaked for 45 minutes.

03 - After that drain the water and add 2-3 cups of water into the pan and boil the barley for 45 minutes in light flame.

04 - Then pour it in to a cup and add sugar as per your flavor.

Home Remedies for Certain Illnesses

















01 - Cough
Plain tea with Ginger – Make a cup of plain tea by adding a tea bag in to a (tea) cup of hot water. Then add three tea spoons of sugar and small pieces of ginger in to it and stir well.

After that you can have it in warm nature to have a big relief for your suffering cough.

02 - Stomachache (Diarrhea)  
Black coffee with Lime – Make a cup of black coffee by adding ½ tea spoon of coffee and 02 tea spoons of sugar in to a cup of hot water.

Then add 3-4 lime drops in to the same and stir well. Leave it for 5-10 minutes to settle and then you may have it.

03 - Burning
Aloe Vera – First wash the burnt area with cold water for 10-15 minutes (tap water would be ideal). Then peel off a piece of Aloe Vera and leave it on the burnt place for 20 minutes.

04 - Dandruff  
Lime – Take 04 ripe limes and boil them in water. After getting they boiled, cut each lime in to two pieces.

Rinse your hair with water properly.

Then scrub the lime on your skull well. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash away.
