Raw Papaya for Intestinal Worms in Humans 



 







Intestinal worms are parasites in the intestinal walls that draw nutrition from the human body to grow. This infection has a major impact in both adults and children, and commonly seen in developing countries. The most harmful intestinal worms are Pinworm, Roundworm, Whipworm and Tapeworm. Person can get this parasitical infection due to unhygienic conditions, consuming raw and under-cooked meat, exposing to parasite-infested areas such as muddy fields and due to weak immune system. The symptoms of this infection are stomach pain, diarrhea, abnormal itching, blood in stool, bad breath, frequent headaches, sudden weight loss, fever, nausea and so on.

Though there are prescribed medicine to get deworm, one can follow preventive measures such as maintaining a good hygiene, consuming well- cooked meat, keeping the feet covered (just as wearing shoes) whenever possible etc. You can also use simple and easy natural treatment to avoid intestinal worms.

Raw Papaya Recipe for Intestinal Worms

Raw papaya is ideal in preventing intestinal worms as it has enzyme named Papain. This enzyme has Anthelmintic properties that destroy intestinal worms.

Ingredients  

One small raw papaya

08 Red onions

02 Green chilies

02 table spoon of scraped coconut

02 teaspoon of grinned mustard seeds

04 Garlic cloves

Pinch of salt

Steps  

01 - Finely chop red onions, green chilies and garlic cloves.

02 - Then add the chopped ingredients in to scraped coconut.

03 - After that mix them all with grinned mustard and keep the mixture aside.

04 - Then peel the raw papaya, remove the seeds and slice in to thin strips.

05 - Add some water (sufficient amount to get the papaya boiled) and pinch of salt to the sliced papaya and boil them in a pan, until the sliced strips are soft.

06 - Then add the prepared mixture to the boiled papaya (make sure that no water is remained and if so drain the same) and stir for another 02 -03 minutes and remove from fire.

You may have this easy recipe for twice a week to avoid intestinal worms.
