Legumes are very nutritious as they are rich with B Vitamins, Fiber, Iron, Calcium, Copper, Magnesium and Zinc. Legumes have a great impact on reducing blood pressure and cholesterol, heart diseases, controlling type 2 diabetes and helps in weight loosing.

01 - Soya beans – Consuming soya beans helps immensely in reducing the loss of bone density that occurs during menopause.
