Regular oral hygiene routine keeps your teeth

01 - The first step of the oral hygiene routine is to
brush your teeth properly. You must brush your teeth at least twice a day.
Brushing your teeth at night is important as to get rid of germs and plaque

essential.
02 - It is important to use a mouthwash for good oral

03 - Reduce consumption of alcoholic drinks and stop
using tobacco products. You should also take steps to reduce sweetened
beverages as sugar which converts to acid in the mouth then gradually destroys
the enamel. Hence drink plenty of water after consuming sugary drinks to wash
away the sugar or use a straw to drink it to avoid contacting with teeth.
