Super Food – Cauliflower 
                
Cauliflower has many beneficial effects on many aspects of health it is called as “Super Food”. One of the most impressive benefit is that it helps to fight cancer. It helps immensely to improve blood pressure and kidney function. Cauliflower is rich in vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin B which plays a major role in brain development boosting cognitive functions and improves learning memory. Easy Cauliflower Soup for your menu

Ingredients
·         Medium size Cauliflower
·         2 cups of fresh milk
·         Pinch of salt
·         Pinch of pepper

Steps

01 - First cut the Cauliflower in to small pieces. Then add 1 ½ cups of water and pinch of salt in to pan and add small pieces of Cauliflower to it and boil together for 05 minutes.

02 - Secondly put boiled Cauliflower and water in the pan in to Blender. Then add 02 cups of fresh  milk in to it and blend all together for 05 minutes.

03 - After getting blended pour in to the pan again boil again for 05 minutes till gets little thick. Then  add pinch of pepper.

04 - Now it is ready to serve.
