Lime is citrus fruit rich in Vitamin C, antioxidants and other nutrients. Vitamin C helps to protect from infections and diseases. Drinking lime juice provides many health benefits.



How to make Lime as drinkable to stop vomiting and diarrhea

Ingredients

·         Lime ( 01 lime if big or 02 limes if the size is small)
·         04 teaspoons of sugar
·         One egg yolk (White)

Steps

01 - Make the lime juice- First squeeze the lime juice in to a glass and add half glass of water. Then add 04 teaspoons of sugar and stir well.

02 - Beat the white egg yolk and pour it in to the lime juice prepared at first step.

03 - Then add ice cubes and keep in refrigerator for 05 minutes.

04 - Usage – The patient might have it as one tablespoon for every 10 minutes. Be mindful to keep the prepared drink in refrigerator until it gets finished.
