Gotu Kola for Joint Pain
Gotu Kola is an ayurvedic medicine which is used to
treat many illnesses. It is mainly rich with anti-inflammatory properties that
immensely help to reduce joint pains.

Gotu Kola Salad
Ingredients
01 bunch of Gotu Kola
01 table spoon of scarped coconut
06 red onions
02 green chilies
01 table spoon of maldive fish
2-3 table spoons of lime juice
Pinch of salt
Steps
01 - Firstly break the stems of the Gotu Kola leaves and
washed with salt water. Then keep the washed leaves to be drained for about 10
minutes.
02 - After that chops the onions, green chilies and adds
maldive fish, lime juice, salt and scraped coconut to the same and mix them all
well.
03 - Then finely chop the drained Gotu Kola leaves.
04 - Finally add all chopped Gotu Kola and other mixture
in to a bowl and mix all together to serve.
Having this dish for thrice a week will have a great
impact in reducing your joint pains.
