Passion Fruit Leaves for High Blood Pressure
Passion fruit leaves are rich in Potassium which
helps to reduce blood pressure. Potassium is an important mineral that relaxes
the tension of blood vessels and increases blood flow.

Ingredients
20 Passion fruit leaves
01 Table spoon of scraped coconut
07 Sliced red onions
02 Sliced green chilies
01 Table spoon of lemon juice
01 Teaspoon of maldivefish
Salt (as per your flavor)
Pinch of turmeric
Steps
01 - Firstly wash the passion fruit leaves and then soak
them in salt water for 10 minutes. Then keep the leaves to be drained for about
15 minutes.
02 - Then add sliced green chilies, red onions, salt,
turmeric, maldivefish and lemon juice into scraped coconut and mix them well.
03 - After that finely chop the drained passion fruit
leaves.
04 - Finally add all (chopped passion fruit leaves and
the mixture) in to a pan, mix all together and cook for 02 to 03 minutes and
serve.
If you have high blood pressure, have this dish for twice a week and it will have a great impact in reducing your blood pressure.
